What is an ISO tank container?

Cement tank vs ISO tank container — what is the difference?
Cement tank = dry powders with pneumatic discharge. ISO tank = liquids/gases/hazardous via gravity or pressure. APPL's cement tanks are certified to ASME VIII Div.1, IMDG, CFR49, and ADR/RID.
